What are the order cancellation policies ?

You can cancel your order only when it is in the processing status and as long as the ‘Cancel Order’ option is available in the Site. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are fulfilled. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount shall get refunded to the same payment mode.

How long will it take to receive my refund for a pre-paid order which I cancelled?

Your refund will be done depending on the payment mode as follows-

• Online refund – 4-7 days after the refund initiation which depends on your bank partner

• NEFT – 4-7 working days after the refund initiation

• Paytm – 4-7 working days
